TY so much for inspecting my truck and being honest about the leaf spring shackles and hangars. We got them replaced ASAP a couple years ago! Had they not caught that and just passed my truck through inspection like some garages it would have meant some serious damage to my truck. This last inspection they caught the inner brake pads riding on the rotors. It was passable but still the same my dad and I are going to do a whole brake job. My dad was a crew chief in the Air Force so as long as he's alive I don't think anyone else would be allowed to work on my truck except him. That said I did grind my dad about not doing a proper inspection a couple years ago... Lol 😆

Always very friendly and helpful. I've been having my regular maintence and inspections done here for 3 years and I haven't had any issues. They usually are busy so try to schedule ahead if you can. Prices are very good compared to the local dealerships in town as well.

Best Garage I've ever been to. Staff is all very friendly and will take the time to answer any questions or concerns. They are great about scheduling and don't overcharge. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

well, I've read the previous reviews however, our experience was complete different. I haven't lived in Plattsburgh for years but was helping an elderly friend who needed to get her vehicle to the dealership. Although the charge seemed high while comparing we found Dupery's to be in line with the others. Cameron was dispatched to pick up the car and as I requested called to let me know he was on the way so I could give my friend a heads up. Being elderly she is cautious about who she allows in her place which is understandable these days. anyway I was on the phone with her when he arrive. she said he was very polite and even assisted her in getting down the steps and held his arm out to make sure she didn't fall. he got the car started and loaded. Before he left he made sure she was good. He called me once the car was at the dealership. it is very nice to find people who genuinely care about the customer. Thanks again Cameron for making her feel comfortable about your visit!
