Staff was super friendly & helpful. Got my cat in quickly and made it a good experience for her. Better prices than other vet hospitals we've been to.

I am not a current patient here, but I had a geriatric cat that started carrying water on her back and couldn’t jump anymore. She was an established cat at the vet in Malone and I called all over in three counties to see if anyone would look at my torte. Eagles Nest was able to squeeze us in and unfortunately the worst was what happened, they euthanized my 18 year old kitty the same day. I miss her everyday and sometimes I wish I had taken her back to my home to nurse her until her time, but it was for the best. That cat even at 18 could jump and catch birds out of the air and we knew she was uncomfortable. She was my dad’s cat and when my parents passed, she lived her last few years with my sister and when she needed help, I got it for her. So yes this vet does have compassion and caring for animals and I count myself lucky that they were willing to take my granny kitty in and help us help her across the rainbow bridge.

This place charges like crazy lol, I called and set up to have my cat checked out a week in advance to see if she was healthy enough to be spade. Lady on the phone says that’ll be $20-30 bucks I’m like golden let’s do it. I get there and ask how much it’s gonna be, expecting it to be like $35 or whatever, they say $80. I’m sitting there dumbfounded, but what ever. They come in and look at my cat, give her two shots and it’s suddenly $160, not to mention they want $400 to freakin spade her. Get your billing department checked out, it costs actually $20 to do everything I had done at this place if I’d just gone to red fern, plus just over $100 to have her spade. Wish I’d known about that place first

He's the first very who could handle our tortie without getting mauled. She behaved for Dr. Church and he helped her a lot. We're from out of town and appreciate his care. Got as veteran's discount too

My sister called today to request an emergency visit for her dog that was in pain. She spoke with the call center woman who was rude and unprofessional. My sister was hung up on during this phone call with the call center. Dr. Eaglefeather, I assume unknowingly, called my sister and she could overhear him talking to people and voiced his distaste for emergency calls and that he wishes to “just enjoy his Sundays.” If this is how he truly feels- he is in the wrong profession, and should stop offering emergency services if he wishes to not fulfill them when the time arises. I find this extremely unprofessional, and disheartening.

As I can not reply to reviews made I would like to say to the man that is slandering a receptionist that has always only ever had the best interest of the animal and people she’s around, it is no one’s fault but your own if you have not established vet care before hand. To place blame when you yourself could have made your animals life last and be better by taking him to the vet for check ups is cruel and awful. The girls at this establishment are amazing and I could not ever say enough good things about them.

Emily is FANTASTIC!Tom C. will only see and express how you didn’t help him when he was in need. Tom may never understand that he is directing his guilt, frustration and anger for himself onto you. Tom will vilify others for his lack of control in this very difficult situation. Tom is someone who is in pain, who is afraid and who is angry. Common sense tells me that if he had a vet check on his bird regularly he would have been able to get in to see his vet to help his transition in the most peaceful way possible. He may have even known this was coming and helped the bird not suffer. In the end he didn’t get the answer he wanted, so he hung up on you and gave a bad review.Don’t be like Tom.Emily keep on keeping on because for all the “Toms” out there you have to know there are 10 people who you’ve helped,Impacted positively and given compassionate and professional guidance.

I called them to ask if they would assist in euthanizing my sick parrot. Because my parrot wasn't a patient there they said "unfortunately we don't have the time to do that" I sat in my home and nurtured my parrot as he suffered and later passed away. Very in humane business.

Everyone is great, especially Emily. Everyone should say thank you to their veterinary team by bringing them donuts or pizza. They deserve it
