Watch your bill. I returned a car and somehow once there it can read the mileage and fuel in the car. When I got to the desk they were saying the car not full. I said yes it is I have a picture and showed them. They said OK they gonna change it and the lady kept trying to and couldn't so she said she would later and didn't. It was only like $11 but that wasn't the 1st time they tried to get over on me at that location. Watch you receipt.

The team here were so awesome and so flexible in helping me to extend my rental when I got COVID. They were really kind and patient with me, and helped me out a ton. Highly recommend doing business with this group.

Arrived at this location to pick-up a car for our reservation, and no staff was on-site. Called Enterprise customer service and they confirmed this location should have been open. Since it was a holiday (Memorial Day), assuming any management/staff decided to bail early hoping any customers would fail to show. Also since it was a holiday, had to take an expensive Uber to Vermont to rent a car and not be stranded.

I called at 2pm to find out if I could rent a car for an 8:20 pm flight arrival. We had missed our flight connection into Burlington and American offered to fly us to Plattsburgh to get us close. The woman I spoke to who said she was physically in the airport Enterprise office told me it would not be a problem. She took down my flight information and said someone would be there at 8:20pm when the flight landed. No one was there. No one picked up the emergency number, which appeared to be the manager’s, cell phone. No one at the National number could help, other than to say the airport location closed at 6pm. As a side note, the Avis rep was there and handed off cars to three people on my flight. As airport security started shutting off the lights and locking up, they told us this was all too common that no one from Enterprise is there although customers thought they had rental cars to pick up. Fortunately they put us in touch with City Taxi in Plattsburgh who was willing to drive us to Burlington! I never did receive a call back from anyone at Enterprise, but would highly recommend Avis or City Taxi.

I highly DON’t recommend enterprise by cv tec .. they screwed my over big time I had rented a car 2 months ago and they just now called me saying I caused damage to their vehicle… which I had not caused any damage nor did I have a walk around before the car was handed over to me so now I apparently owe them over 900.00 dollars .

When I arrived at Plattsburg Airport they did not have the Premium SUV I reserved, they only had a Dodge CAravan. I don't think Enterprise understands what a reservation is, lol. Anyway Jason Lofaro did a great job finding us a larger vehicle at another location nearby.

So I needed a car cause mine got totaled and one of the guys there that answered was very nice and helpful and when I called again to make sure everything was all set a girl I believe named Lindsey was fairly rude. The guy who gave me the car and then helped me return the car was very nice but I got told I would receive a 300$ deposit back into my account which was fine, I called on Saturday and got Lindsey again and once again was very rude. I asked how long it may take to get the deposit back because my account had been over drafted because of the rental car being charged all at once and instead of weekly like it was showing up before on my banking account which wasn’t a big deal. Lindsey on the other hand told me that she will just call the accountant department or whatever and that she’ll see what’s going on give me a call back and then said have a nice day and I said okay and she hung up

They wait till they get you there to tell you info that can leave you stranded without wheels. Even being booked 3 weeks in advance. Was my first time and I'll make sure it was my last time. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me. You will not get a 2nd chance to burn me count on it.

Is it possible to get a rental car after business hours? My flight arrives at 8:30pm on Friday night, and I didn't realize Enterprise would be closed at 8pm. Please let me know. Thank you!

I needed a car for one day and Jason at the Plattsburgh Airport went out of his way to help me . He was on his way out , his shift was done and he went out and cleaned a car for me and made me feel like I was important to him. Great customer service!

They were supposed to meet me @ the counter for a corporate rental. It was slightly after hours but my company made arrangements and my flight was EARLY. There was NOBODY @ the counter and the emergency number COULDN'T connect with anyone. I had to take a taxi to the hotel and to my job the next morning while they came up with a vehicle for me. SO far I have gotten NO explanation for what happened.
