From the moment I met Jackie at a bridal show about 2 years prior to our wedding, I knew that I wanted her to be a part of my wedding adventure! Our conversation felt personal, rather than just a business transaction. Jackie truly puts her heart into her work and does everything she can to make the process as easy as possible. Jackie was extremely patient with me as I was very indecisive in finding the perfect dress. She went as far as looking online at her designers website and sending me options based on what I thought I wanted, bringing up dresses from her other location, and even renting dresses from the designer just for me to try on—and decide I hated. She truly went above and beyond. I went to four other bridal shops and none of my experiences there compared to the kindness, compassion and patience I felt at Eternity Bridal. Jackie and her staff did an amazing job of helping me find (and alter) my dream dress! We also had a great experience renting our tuxes from them as well. Jackie ensured that each one fit perfectly and everyone had all that they needed for our big day. I can’t say enough great things about Eternity Bridal, Jackie and her staff. Our wedding would not have been the same without them and we will be forever grateful!

Although I am not getting my wedding dress from Eternity because I found something else I loved just a little bit better, it was by far the best experience I had at any of the 5 different bridal stores that I went to (Vermont and New York)! As a bigger plus size woman, I felt so welcome and I was able to try on every dress that I wanted to! The staff was so nice and I would recommend anyone looking for a beautiful wedding dress to come here! A huge plus is that they have a seamstress you can work with for the perfect fit and any alterations needed!

Absolutely wonderful experience with the team here. After hunting for a dress for my son’s wedding for months, including trips to Montreal and New Jersey, I found this lovely shop in Plattsburgh. They had a very wide range of options, and plenty of inventory in larger sizes to try on.
After being told at the New Jersey store it would take 4 months to get a dress, I was worried about delivery times. Eternity had the dress in store for me in 4 days!!! Quality was solid, Larissa (the seamstress they referred me to) was delightful to work with, and I ended up relieved and happy with the whole process.
Being comfortable and feeling pretty had felt unlikely, but I ended up with both thanks to the team at Eternity! 💕

I had an incredible experience. I found my dress here after going to many different stores. Every dress was well picked and I ended up having difficulty choosing just one!!! I would HIGHLY recommend checking this shop out!

I had a wonderful experience with Eternity Bridal from start to finish. I sent EB an evening email to ask if they carried certain styles, and by the time I woke up I already had a response from Jackie telling me what they had and what they'd be able to order within my timeline. It was easy to make an appt online, and when I got to the store I was helped right away. Sadie showed me through the racks and let me pick out several dresses. She was positive and patient and let me steer the process while still providing support. At one point she stepped away so that I could make a 10-minute call to talk through options with my sister. Sadie took pictures for me and helped me set up a face-time with my sister so that they could both give input. Best of all, Sadie listened to my feedback and used it to pick out a dress that I never would have picked for myself. It's the dress that I bought! She was very transparent about the cost and what alterations she thought the dress would need. Overall, EB made me feel really supported throughout the whole process and I would recommend them.

As a plus size bride I had the most POSTIVE experience with Eternity. I had negative interactions at other shops and I was starting to worry that I was going to end up in a dress I didn't want. But not at Eternity!! The staff were welcoming and listened to what I wanted, friendly, so body positive and not to mention the selection! I purchased my dress with Sadie in October 2022 and just had my first fitting with Larissa, the in house seamstress and she was just as great and most certainly knows her stuff!If I could shop all over again, I'd go straight to Eternity first!

I can not say enough about how fantastic Sadie was!!! She was patient, caring and most of all fun! She made the experience so enjoyable and walked me through every step of the process while making me feel so comfortable! The environment is intimate and so inviting. Thank you thank you Sadie I can’t wait to wear that beautiful wedding dress!

I had the best bridal experience here ever! They went above and beyond for me! They brought me a dress from their other store, she pulled dresses for me that she thought I would beautiful in, which I didn't get at other bridal shops. I had the whole store to myself so they really make sure all their attention is on you! They even had the dress that no other store in NY had not even Klienflieds! Worth the drive definitely get your dress from here!

After a devastating experience with another Bridal shop I called and set up an appointment to come in and look to see if I could find something I liked on short notice to replace my original dress from a different shop that they ordered way to small. I got in right away and my consultant was amazing!! She knew what I was looking for and we found my dream dress!! Way better than the original. The time and attention they gave me helped settle my shot nerves from the dress stress and I said yes!! Can't wait to walk down the isle in my perfect dress!!!

What a wonderful experience! Sadie was the salesperson who helped my daughter find her perfect prom dress. Sadie was helpful and attentive without being pushy. When she couldn't get THE dress in my daughter's size, she reached out to her seamstress to see if she could alter it. When the seamstress said she couldn't get it done in time, Sadie said she would hold the dress for a limited time so I could find a different seamstress. Then Jackie, the owner, brought the dress to the Potsdam store to save us having to drive an hour and a half to Plattsburgh. Thank you to Sadie and Jackie for going above and beyond. I would recommend Eternity Bridal to anyone and everyone.

Sadie was amazing in helping me and my daughter find our bridesmaids dresses for my sister's wedding. She took her time and made sure we had the right color and we were happy with our choices. She didn't make us feel rushed at all. Eternity had a great selection to boot!
