Great experience. I had ordered a phone offline and I was not home to sign for it they kept it in the office for me and when I was done work I was able to run right up there and sign for it excellent service.

Everyone I spoke with to coordinate my delivery was very pleasant to deal with. All my questions were answered and they even provided more info. in regards to my delivery. Nice experience.

Absolutely worst company to ship with. Offer 2 day service and it takes 4 days.

This is literally the worst package delivery service. Your package never gets to you on time as they fail to be timely with package regardless of paying for 2 day shipping.

After striking out with FedEx national customer service, I was able to find a number and call here directly. San took my info and called me back. He put my seriously driver mishandled package on the truck for delivery today! Fingers crossed that it actually gets delivered.So the driver gets zero stars, but the manager gets 10. Averages out to five for a google rating.

Our grandson's inflatable kayak was delivered today. By delivery, I mean it was THROWN on the front porch so hard that the windows rattled! We thought it was the kids upstairs playing the Xbox! Calling customer service was useless. A recorded message with prompts telling me that a representative can ONLY tell me the delivery information! Get your act together, FedEx! This employee needs training on how NOT TO BLOW APART THE PACKAGE WHEN THROWING IT ON THE PORCH FROM 15 FEET AWAY!
