Worst and slow service ever… I never use because I know it’s a waste, but I did a online order and they sent in this nefasto service. Never arrive and is arrive gonna be super late and damaged

Sheer incompetent delivery person. I order perishables every week. The box is clearly marked as fragile and containing liquids and has directions as to how the box should be handled (it should be layed flat horizontally) and the delivery person leaves it standing vertically upwards every single week. I have called twice to make complaints, left signs on my door and yet every single week they still do the same thing. They're probably doing it on purpose at this point.

How is this place not open at all on weekends? I had some warranty items that needed to be shipped out and I don't live close to a FedEx location, this is the closest one and they are closed on the weekends. UPS is far superior to this place.

Very friendly. No lines. Easy to get to . Definitely worth shipping things back vs carrying on the plane. Good rates.

FedEx out of Plattsburgh routinely delays a package delivery and usually uses weather as an excuse. This is not a one time thing but happens almost every time this service gets used. A package will arrive at the warehouse, say out for delivery, and never arrive due to the distance they have to go to make the delivery.

3 large packages delivered in last 2 days all three have large dents, crushed torn holes in the boxes, broken product. . All three items have to be brought back to federal express since the printer , recliner and self cleaning litter box are broken. Defeats the delivery service i used be cause of having a broken collarbone.
