We came in with a nail in a tire and a bottom plastic casing broken and making noise when we went above 30 miles; given this was a Tesla and no Tesla service center nearby we went to this Jiffy location. Even though they were not able to fix permanently they did the necessary to get me going till I could find a service center; and they did it all for free. Thank you for the help as me and family were bit stranded at that time.

After working a 12 hour shift in Plattsburgh New York. I went to the Plattsburgh New York Jiffy Lube after receiving dissatisfied service from the New Hartford, New York location. The manager assisted me the services that I was supposed to receive in New Hartford New York. The manager and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend their to everyone.

After having my oil changed at the Plattsburgh Jiffy Lube, my truck's cylinders have zero compression as a result of the oil filter not being put on properly. They sent someone to look at it at the shop it was towed to. They agreed that the oil filter was not put on properly and asked them to hold off on service for them to send their insurance adjuster. 2 weeks later we have been back and forth with no follow up. My husband went in to the store asking to speak to the DM for the status. The temporary DM Maurice now says that an email was sent denying the claim. I have no email from them and they never sent an insurance adjuster. The DM says he will check on the email, but that it is out of his hands. We are now attempting to contact corporate to address this and we have contacted another customer who went through the same thing who is using a lawyer on his case. I am attaching a picture of the oil filter.
