I . was shopping for a new hand mixer and saw many choices which fit my needs. I chose what worked with my budget. Destinee at checkout was pleasant and helped me with my Kohls card which I have always had issues with. I left with a smile.

I don't understand the attraction to this store. It's expensive and the choice of clothing is limited. Otherwise there is ample free parking available, probably the only joy of getting there.

It's still really hard for many people. COVID came, and gone, sort of. Prices have gone through the roof on everything, and haven't gone down very much!! Kohl's helps. They let you use your percentage off( 30%, 20% and so forth) on even clearance prices!! You may only save $2.00, but that's $2.00 back in my pocket! There are brands that you can not use the discounts with(Columbia, Nike's, and there are many other brands), they (Columbia, Nikes ...)need to rethink about letting customers use the discounts. Their brands are so expensive! They(Columbia, Nikes...) are making a profit! It wouldn't hurt them to either lower their prices on their items or let customers use the discounts(percentages) on them! There are other retail stores who don't let customers use discounts on their clearances. They need to look at KOHL's as an example. I haven't bought from certain stores. But knowing that Kohl's lets customers use the discounts on the clearance items, is why customers come back! I haven't been able to shop at Kohl's or the other retail stores as it's been really hard for me and I know for many others! I think we all(retailers, grocery stores, gas stations......) need to come together, and work together to bring down prices!! Kohl's is doing it right!

The store was very clean and our cashier was very friendly, when we seen what we wanted and it wasn't on the shelf we went to her, and they did have the product and she brought it out for us

Kohl's. How have I NOT BEEN SHOPPING here my whole life ??!! I remembered I have a Kohl's credit card & thought I'd use it for necessary stuff. I've gone back 3 times in 3 weeks !!

Their prices are somewhat high, but the
SALES ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY BENEFICIAL WHEN coupled with a Kohl's card + Rewards ❣️

I went there to return a pair of shoes I ordered on Amazon. That process was easy. There were a lot of sales but the products themselves were of very poor quality for prices 30$+. It's not my type of store.

shopping was great but trying to check out is a complete disaster, the employees need to help customers , Customers first. Only 2 young ladies waiting on customers and one just standing there , she could at least said will be with you shortly.

Absolutely love this store! Someone always greets you as you enter. I have no trouble at all finding what I need and then some! The ease of checkout is amazing.
