“I appreciate the owner for maintaining this place so crisp clean. You guys are a lot more clean than Super8 motel I've been staying for a week. Functioning atm, filled-up detergent vending, clean bathroom, wiped-up benches & tables just made my day, I've recovered from depression I've gotten from staying in nasty Super8. Thanks.”

“If in need of gas and/or a pit stop when in the area or traveling through, feel free to stop at this quaint mom and pop gas station. It was quick and reasonably priced. Bathroom was super clean and also, for a gas station, was nice. Not a huge selection inside the convenience store but just enough.”

This place is extremely clean and the ambience is modern. The machines are always in good, working order. There are plenty of washer and dryers, plenty of space to fold clothes. There's a little sitting area with vending machines and a restroom that is kept immaculate.

On warm days, this place offers complementary water and they run heaters during the winter. I think this demonstrates how much they value their customers and want their laundry days to be a comfortable, home-like experience.

My first suggestion is perhaps keeping the TV on caption-only. The reason why is because a lot of tension these days is coming from the media and having negativity or conflict blaring when you're trying to fold socks is counterintuitive to the type of environment the staff is working hard to create at this establishment.

Secondly, 1 or 2 more of those metal carts would be a nice addition, because during peak times it can be difficult to find one that is available for use.

Overall, I'd recommend this as the go-to laundromat and laundry facility in Plattsburgh, New York 12901.”
