Came in today 4/26/24 for a French pedicure. Don’t let the older woman touch you. I came out looking like my five-year-old did my nails with her left hand. Zoom in on the picture so you can truly appreciate it. I paid $40 plus tip for this.

My girlfriend’s pedicure came out awful and my pedicure left a LOT to be desired. Big waste of money with this trip to Magic nails.

My husband got me a gift card for this place I stopped in to ask a simple question as I have medical issues with my feet and wasn’t sure if they would still do a pedicure so as I walked in I noticed I needed a mask I apologized and put my shirt over my face as I didn’t have one the owner then proceeded to yell at me! Telling me I had to leave and I needed to call! At that point I was so embarrassed I left I then called and again tried to explain why I stopped and she just kept yelling at me saying I can’t just stop in.. I explained I never been there and again I didn’t know but at this time I just felt like it was very rude so I asked if I could go back and get a refund! She then proceeded to yell saying come back I don’t need you’re money nor Business.. I was so shocked I went back a couple days later and asked for my refund! I did get the refund but the embarrassment I had endorsed was beyond words! I have never had any one treat me the way she did! I would not recommend this store to anyone! Check the pictures out the work she does is not all that great and there is paint on there toe nails! Fair warning she is not a nice women and feels she is privileged to be an a hole to people!

This is the place to go in Plattsburgh to have your nails done! The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous! It is a clean and welcoming environment! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I go to Lisa at Magic Nails for over a couple of years. Her mom, Mary is great as well. Both are very friendly, and conversations are wonderful as well. Both ladies are sweethearts! Prices are comparable to other salons in the area. You don't have to wait for appointments for weeks, like others in the area either.

Horrible this was the worst place to ever get your nails done. I'd rather have my 3 year old daughter do it and it would have looked better but anyway I brought my 10 year old daughter and her two friends and the stoked there feet for like a second and then they would not do gel nail polish on them and said she can't do a design on there toe nails and the nail polish they got to pick out was from like the dollar store the old lady who was the owner was very rude to them they were laughing and she was yelling at them to stop and she was saying "no smile" and even more stuff like that and she said she can't do designs but she started to draw a Mickey Mouse face and her friends toe when we did not ask for that at all when it got to the nails they had to all pee so they were laughing even more but when the nails were done there had to pee so she brought out this stupid flip flop things to put on and said my daughter Diogo first because she said I had to wipe all there butts and help them pull there pants up but I wouldn't because that's just weird and gross but they messed up there finger nails in the bathroom so she redid them and she was super mad the place looked like dollar store with so many weird d*** decorations in there and there was only the owner and one other girl working there and someone came in and said Walmart told her to go there and told her she had to sign up online in advance. When the girls left the nail salon there nails were all ready chipping off. One of the worst things I ever experienced I'm never going there again. I would give this a 0 but I can't.

I showed up to the salon without an appointment, the shop was closing. The owner opened back up to give me a manicure. After discussing the event I planned to attend she suggested a polish. The quality and care put in was exceptional. Great first experience.Service: Manicure
