Made an appointment with Derrick on a Sunday. He was there to greet us and showed us what he has in stock. We picked out what we liked and had our brand new mattress delivered next day in the morning as agreed. No hassle. No pressure. No waiting to get it delivered weeks later. What’s not to like!

Start to finish, I had an excellent experience working with Derrick. He was informative and helpful during my mattress selection process, considerately updated me regularly about delivery time, and could not have been more pleasant and efficient during installation (and removal of my old mattress).
