Came in the morning of 10/2/25 because the coolant in my rental car was low. I was in a rush and had a long drive ahead of me. The two gentlemen working were so kind and helpful and got me back on the road in just a couple minutes. Thank you!

I am not one to leave negative reviews, I understand every business/person has a bad day. Why I’ve gone back three times now is a mystery to me, but it is the last time. Their website has the capability to schedule online, yet if you actually use it, the shop will tell you nope, they’re too busy and can’t get you in. He says they don’t take his schedule into account but it seems like he isn’t using the proper scheduling service so that it can. Not to mention not one person there has an ounce of good customer service; they act like they have a hundred things better to do than assist you and if you try to actually talk to them about something they are extremely dismissive. I understand being busy, but part of the job is helping people with their vehicle needs/questions. After being told the appt I made online 2 weeks prior was no good, he said he could get me in Monday and I could drop it off Sunday. When I get there, there is no drop box and no designated area that says “leave keys here” and I wasn’t about to leave them in my car. So, I left my car and decided to bring my keys early Monday morning. When I came to pick it up, I get a ride “oh that was your car parked in the middle of my lot” - I was parked horizontally along the edge of the grass because there are no lines or parking indications anywhere in the parking lot. I don’t know how they’ve stayed in business this long because they’re just rude, dismissive, have horrible customer service skills and act like it’s YOUR fault you scheduled online and can’t get in because they’re “so busy.”

I went in to get my tire pressure checked, he looked at me and told me to go to a gas station. He said he’s not open yet (it was 7:41 AM). This is how you run a business? I should’ve looked at the reviews first.

Had an appointment for 3:30 on Thursday August 1. When I arrived I was told they couldn't do it until the following Friday!!!

I booked an appointment online and arrived to the appointment on time. The manager behind the counter was discussing with one of their patrons. That his customers had unrealistic expectations and everyone wanted everything done now. I began to become a little uncomfortable as he was specifically mentioning the service therefore. After the patron walked away I said hi I’m here for 930 appointment. He said oh yeah, along with my other 40 online appointment that we cannot do today. I said oh I’m sorry, Why does it let you book an appointment if you don’t have the capacity to do the work. The manager behind the counter, said it’s just me and another guy here and the website just says yes to everyone. So I’m thinking that the other 40 people will arrive today thinking they have appointments thinking their car will be fixed only to be turned away by a frustrated employee. I suggest either shutting down the website ability to book appointments or contact the potential customer and reschedule an appointment that works for you and your staff.

Zero stars!! Today I stopped by to schedule an inspection for my car, I had some problems during the inspection, the attendant who was working today serves the customers super badly, uneducated, arrogant, yelled at me in the middle of the customers left there devastated!! Super embarrassed, within 3 years living in the city of Plattsburgh I was never mistreated like I was today, with the lack of empathy with the customers!!!

Did an online appointment for a New York state inspection I gave me two options to either leave the vehicle at the shop for the day or to wait for the service to be completed. I chose for the service to be completed while I was there. I went in today for my appointment at 1:30 p.m. and the gentleman at the front desk stated that I would have to leave my car there for at least 4 hours for New York state inspections to be done and that the online appointment are not guaranteed and either way would have to leave my car there. If you're not going to use the online appointment accurately than what is the point of having people set up online appointments. The gentleman said that he gets over 350 New York state inspections per week and that he can't just squeeze somebody in. This is the whole point of having appointments to be made is so that way you can put people in. I have never had this issue at any other Monroe shops. And I can typically do an online appointment stay true to my appointment and stay there while my car is getting worked on. Pathetic of a shop in Plattsburgh. Not to mention the fact that the customer service is a joke as well.

0 Stars, I should have read the reviews first before even making a phone call to this god-forsaken auto shop. I am from out of town, will be here for a few days, but need some work done on the car. I set up an appointment online, and then, wanting to be a good customer, called to chat about what I needed before I took the car to them, to make sure I wasn't going to throw something into them that wasn't feasible for the time. The "gentleman" on the phone was dismissive from the start, immediately telling me that he hasn't even had the time to look through the other appointments. I explained that I understood and that's why I was calling. He reminded me 5 different times that he was soooo busy. After responding every single time with "I understand, I just want to chat through this really quick" he continued to be dismissive and act like my business/needs were unimportant.
In case you read this, front desk phone answerer, we all have jobs, and we are all busy, no need to tell the whole world. I never thought a 5 min phone call could be so frustrating.
Since I can’t reply, I’m adding an edit here. I should have included “owner, please do not respond with an insincere apology”, but I forgot and was too late. I’m thankful I can nominate you all the worst customer service I have experienced in the NE.
