Music is very loud. Tons of parking for trucks never full. Whoever allows truck parking THANK YOU. Clean spacious nit much else to say. Easy on and off the highway. Def prefer this place over Stewart's

It is what it is and is acceptable. The Dunkin closes even earlier. This is the Plattsburgh bus station in the age of privaty equity and shuttered bus stations. Accordingly they have well maintained bathrooms. They also have Diesel in the back.

I stop at this store frequently. In the last week the stores appearance has dramatically improved. Dunkin is very slow, dirty, and loud. When you walk into the store the cashier is very pleasant, friendly, and always smiling. I stood in line at Dunkin’ Donuts for 25 minutes the other day waiting on a single coffee, nothing special. During that time I witnessed the worker at the store helping someone with a bus ticket who didn’t speak English and she was very calm and respectful. I got to the counter to finally get my done coffee. I got my lunch a wrap from the cooler in the back of the store, check out was quick. Store is very clean and organized. I usually see multiple different workers there through out the week some great some not so much. Hopefully whatever switch the store made in management and the girl I saw this week stays because it’s made a lot of improvement in just a few weeks time!

Went to the Duncan Donut inside here when we saw advertised. chocolate croissant. But they said they rarely receive the. Shipment. Nice selection of. Mike is such a hard worker and is always making sure things are good for the store. Such a nice guy. Steph is awesome as well. The store is amazing and the 2 of them together are great. Mike needs to be manager assistant for sure
