I previously gave a not so happy review, as the flowers I ordered had not been delivered. Upon calling the store and was explained what happened, as well as the flowers getting delivered (and beautiful at that), I feel it's only fair to give a better review, as their customer service spoke volumes.

I recently used Plattsburgh Flower Market for my wedding in Saranac Lake. Melanie is great to work with! I didn’t have a clear vision going into it but she was very helpful and answered all my questions. The flowers were so beautiful and I highly recommend them!

Found exactly what I was looking for within 10 minutes of "shopping"!! Excellent customer service with a warm greeting and super easy checkout. Definitely will return to this wonderful little local business again and again.
