It was nice to have been taking in last minute. To have my oil changed and recall done. How ever they rotated my tires after Being concerned about a slash in my front tire. They put it on the back. After telling them I had to travel out of state. I would be ok. They put me in danger. Now the tire ready to blow. It could have blown on the highway was told by another ford dealer

I was visiting Plattsburgh this past weekend and on the drive up my rear brakes started to really make a grinding sound (I knew there was a problem, but it got much worse). I called Bailey Ford and they asked me to bring my Explorer in to be checked. Upon learning that I was visiting for the weekend they expedited the checkout of the vehicle. The problem turned out to be more than just the rear brakes, but I was shown the what the issue was by the service consultant (Darlene Trayah) and mechanic (Kevin) and what needed to be done was explained. We proceeded with the repair, and communication with me when questions came up was very prompt. Darlene and Kevin stayed two hours after closing time to get my vehicle repaired. It was amazing that I was able to get my vehicle repaired on a Saturday for a problem like this. I had feared that I would not be able to get the problem(s) resolved and end up having to drive back home in order to get it repaired. Darlene and Kevin were lifesavers for myself and my family for their dedication to getting my car repaired that day.
