On decline. More and more items are being pulled from shelves, and spending more of my time getting missed items elsewhere.Very limited options outside 'the' major brands, and less if you're looking for any sustainable farmed or caught products. (Example: they pulled all line caught tuna, now 2 brands take up 3 shelves with no 'choice') Pharmacy has been missing vitamins and supplements for almost a year now. (Half sundown products are missing perpetually)

I have been a customer of this store since before it moved locations in Plattsburgh, NY. I have recently checked prices at other stores because I just can't afford Price Chopper anymore....I know I'm just one person, but if anyone is like me and starts to look around they will do the same.

Very nice grocery store, very varied choice, you can find everything you need and more, their individual donuts, their bacon cheese bread and their already prepared pasta dish are excellent

Quality has gone downhill at least in the Plattsburgh location ... got a terrible lobster and lamb chops were substandard, I.e, grissly, tough and tasteless

This place is a disaster. Only 2 lanes for 15+ items and one was a woman with 3 full carts. Did any of the 4 front end managers open a register or even help bag, of course not. They stood there chatting. I'll stick with Hannaford.

Special ordered a cake for a 13th birthday. The frosting was so thin you could see cake showing through some of the spots on the side. It was airbrushed blue, so we didn't notice it initially because the blue dye blended it all together. Once cutting into it, we could see how thin it was as well as the middle layer of frosting was incredible thin, it was like eating just dry cake with no frosting, very disappointing.

Like the selection. Has the atmosphere of better quality. HATE the ONLY ONE LIVE CASHIER. So needless to say customer service SUCKS

This rating is for their donuts only. That sounds ridiculous but for real- their donuts rival that of dedicated donut bakeries. We're only in town every couple months but we always stop by for their donuts. The chocolate iced with buttercream dollops in the holes are excellent. The lemon filled is delicious. All of them- yummy. Their dough is actually flavorful and tender. Highly recommend.
