I brought my 5 year old son here to get a haircut. I was given an "appointment" for a certain time. I returned 5 minutes before the appointment time. We sat in the waiting area for over 30 minutes. We were not even acknowledged. I swear someone came in while we were waiting and was taken as a walk in, although I cannot be 100% sure of this. It is not like no one saw us. Finally, one of the stylists came to the front and I thought that might be for us. Nope, she said bye to someone and went back, sat down at her chair and I saw her eating out of a Tupperware. At this point my son was tired, wired, and needed a nap. I wanted to tell someone we were leaving but as it had been for the half hour we were sitting there, no one even acknowledged us, so we left. Not sure what is going on here but the customer service is severely lacking. Definitely, 100% for sure, we will not be back

My wife just paid $45 for the worst haircut she's ever received. She had to go back into salon to have it evened out and the stylist still missed clumps of hairs. 10 dollars to have it dried and a $4 sanitization fee? And the girl was snotty about it. She has always gone to this salon with no issues. I guess COVID 19 means collect our money and get what we give you and get out now. She won't be going back. Not a great start to reopening a business I would say.

I should have checked prices before I decided to go here. I didn't want my hair washed but the stylist didn't really make it an option. I know they charge more for that. So I got a simple cut, not much of anything really. She put mousse in it and blow dried it a little. Then there is an OSHA fee because they have to clean? Didn't know that either. A small sign at checkout informed me. What a waste of $42.00....and then I gave a tip because I didn't feel right not giving one. The stylist was nice enough but this is way too much money for a simple trim. Lesson learned.

Butchered both my kids hair. She had no clue how or what a “hard part” even was! $70 for 2 boy haircuts. Not to mention $4 each for “sanitation costs”?? No management! No help from another “stylist”, no actual attempt at even fixing all the problems. Let us walk out looking like they got in a fight with an angry pair of clippers?

If you go in and ask for bangs cut below your eyebrows, you'll walk out with bangs, not only above the eyebrow, but also one side shorter than the other. Any stylist (or normal human being who has any common sense) knows when you cut wet hair, it will be shorter when dried. Unfortunately they dried after the salon experience was over and this wasn't noticed until after. Yes, hair grows back over time. But... hard earned money paid for a less than stellar experience? Hopefully it will be used towards something other than CV-TECH Cosmetology classes.

Took 2 attempts to fix the poor haircut the "stylist" gave me. I gave them 3 stars just because of how nice the lady was.

I made an appt for noon time yesterday (8/13/2019) to get my hair cut. Show up a few mins before noon and they call the stylist and she says she’s almost there. There are already two stylists there. One who is cleaning and the other is finishing up with a customer. The stylist I was supposed to be with shows up at about 5 mins after noon. No big deal, things happen, people are late. At this point, neither stylist there has anyone and the stylist that just came, obviously has

I paid $26 for a $5 haircut. I need to go somewhere else to get this fixed. Poor blending, uneven cut and the stylist appeared inexperienced and nervous.

Went here to get a hair dye and specifically said that I didn't want to get my hair cut. The lady then continues to cut about three inches off, and then gives me “layers†which make my hair look choppy and unprofessional. Better yet, the right side of my hair is a good two inches shorter than the left, and it is clearly noticeable for I revieced plenty of comments and got asked who did my hair. I'm very disappointed with how the hairdresser didn't seem to listen when I made it clear that I did NOT want to go any shorter with my length. I have no problems with the color whatsoever, but for her to completely do whatever she wants with my hair after I have her specific instructions definitely isn't worth my 200 dollars. On another hand, I now have to go out of my way to make another appointment elsewhere to fix the butchered cut. Completely disappointed.

Waited about 10 minutes when there was one other customer and only two people working. Once the only customer was finished the stylist proceeded to converse with the customer for about 5 more minutes before the two turned their attention to me. Stylist had no idea what I wanted done to my hair when my description was stupidly simple. The stylist took her time to cut my hair and constantly asked me if my hair looked ok. She trimmed off tiny bits of hair on my sides when I had told her I wanted a one multiple times. She practically ended up cutting my hair the same length all over. Not only was there no difference between the length of hair on the top and sides (I wanted a simple fade) but the hair was cut unevenly and looked silly. Will never go back and was a complete waste of 25 dollars
