I had gone to Walmart to purchase printer ink and the individual needed to obtain the ink was extremely rude, I mean extremely rude. I told him don’t bother I was going elsewhere. I went to Staples and they were having a great sale on printers, I ended up purchasing a printer. The checkout cashier was very helpful with a couple questions I had and his personality was fantastic. So glad I ended up at Staples. What a difference in service!!!

Awesome!! Helped me get a new office chair and they had some good prices on the bubble mailers I needed. Disappointing lack of Steam gift cards, which I honestly expected to be able to buy here pretty easily - but the friendly staff makes up for it

Recently went into the store at 7:50pm was grabbing what we needed when two employees approached and said can we help you find something and we told them we were all set but thank you and they proceeded to say we are closing and followed us right to the door and we left without our purchase. A little bit of kindness and going the extra mile should make a huge difference in your place of employment.

I never post reviews. Especially bad ones, but this place is horrible. Needed 12 copies of a 15 page document. Told me they weren’t sure they could do it in 2 days time but would try. I asked for the copies to be bound. Arrive to find them not bound and got shorted copies. They tried to charge me $240 to do it right at that point! More than double the original price! Now I’ve had to pay $112 for something I could’ve done at home for free. Don’t waste your time here.

We purchased an HP All-in-one printer, Lenovo laptop, plus the ink and software at Staples in Plattsburgh today. Rob, tech support, guided us every step of the way. He provided excellent customer service and recommendations. Everything we wanted was in stock and on sale! We’ll return this store and Rob next time for tech assistance great and customer service! ?

I just went to staples for a last minute photo in a frame and the general manager (I did not catch her name) treated me with the most professional and kind service. She even put my photo in my fram and peeled the price tag off while I was out shopping waiting for my photo to print.
