Called and asked if they had availability for a balayage/highlights during a weekend, and the woman on the line said simply “No.” so I said “okay, when would your next available appointment be?” And she said (a bit rudely) “We’re really not taking new clients right now.” Oh okay, well maybe list something like that on your website then? Just weird and rude tone.

Get the most professional hair style. I tell Jen what I want and with her advice I always get the style I was looking for. The atmosphere is so friendly with all of the girls you always leave there feeling better than when you went in.

So in love! Jen knows exactly what to do with my hair and it blows my mind. Every single time I leave I am in love with what she has done. Some before and after pics so you can see her magic. Absolutely worth going! They also do pedicures, but I haven't tried that yet. Top notch and I highly suggest them.
