ATM was broken when I arrived that branch, after a few minutes waited for counter, an employee told me to fill out a withdraw slip, but there were no any slip anywhere, I am TD customer with my TD debit card, they can’t serve me with my debit card? Very unprofessional.

My experience is that this bank that needs to improve its training and understanding of the world of TT and wire transfers. I was given the wrong bank details for a wire transfer and that compromised an inbound wire and an important contract and client or my business.

Worse bank in Clinton County !! Horrible customer service the bank managers Has no idea what they are doing wouldn’t trust this branch with a penny save yourself the hassle and go else where

Ridiculous fees for everything. If you want to spend $20 a month just to have a checking account, this is the bank for you.The customer help line isn't that bad, but if you have to deal with a specific branch, good luck, some of them are great, others have managers that definitely put you last.

Desiree is a life saver. My account was restricted for 3+ weeks and she resolved my issue with in 48 hours. Unlike the other locations that I called, Desiree was extremely responsive and accurate with the information she was sharing. I can’t tell you how many people I talked to through the 1800 number..

I have a cross boarder banking account with this bank as my US branch. My wife and I have always had the best customer service. The location is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. We could not be happier with our decision to have TD Bank as our banking institution. Fulfilled all my banking needs with a smile. Absolutely no regrets.

We just walked away from this bank extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Not a single person was available to assist us at the drive-thru; therefore, my wife and I made the decision to park and walk-in instead. An overweight blond, behind the front counter, rudely told my wife that she could not assist us, and told us to go to an ATM instead. I'm from Quebec, plus I'm unfamiliar with the foreign exchange policies, specifically at TD bank (US). Do not go to this bank if your intent is to seek advice from a "specialist". Their response is to turn you away and get back to chatting with their coworkers.
