Austin made my experience at the shop less intimidating with my lack of knowledge of pokemon,he helped me find the cutestpokemon stuffy that was a hit with all the kids at my nephews birthday party, the trading cards also had lots of ohhhs and ahhhs while opening, definitely will be back for more gifts
