Trinity Park is a beautiful downtown park in Plattsburgh by the river. It is a nice place to picnic with tables and covered shelters, offering nice views of the church and a beautiful memorial obelisk with sculpted panels. The park is dog-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has some shade. There is no playground or restrooms, but there is a coffee shop nearby. Street parking is available. It hosts well-organized community events and can be lively, though it is sometimes not busy. The park allows for a good picnic and has historic sites to see.
Went down with a veteran's group doing a little clean up.

Trinity park is an amazing place if you don't mind traffic noises, occasional siren sound, or an occasional dog running around near you

We were on a driving trip to Canada and stopped in Plattsburgh for the night. Next morning, we drove around the city looking for all the monuments and historic sites. Too many to see before we had auto drive off. Trinity Park was very nice. Nice views of the church, this monument and all around.
