The absolute worst customer service I have ever had.
I returned the trailer on time and in the parking lot. After unhooking the trailer he became very irate and and provided tons of attitude that it did not belong there. He proceeded to spin his tires all the way back to the trailer. I asked if he wanted it somewhere else. He grumbled and hooked the trailer up spinning his tires 20 feet in the gravel to put it somewhere out behind the building.
I will never rent from him again and will go out of my way to give others business.

never met the local store owner cause there isn't one there at rt 9 anymore or . what's worse is the dur da durs in Buffalo thinking she can charge me whatever. complete scam, completely messed up uhaul employees. BTW use your own pictures not McLanes across the street

I liked the old fella that was running the place. He upgraded my trailer because the one I was supposed to get had a light issue and I couldn't wait any longer. But all together I had a good experience here.

The representative there was so rude . I didn't even want to spend a penny there. The representative was being the most disrespectful as he can be. if you want to feel like a burden and waste your money this is the perfect place.
