I had one article to return. I ask for signature required.
She said my best option was Monday with signature. She gave me a price. There was a long line, I paid. But later I look and I was charged $8.50 for signature required.
I looked online and that is not the correct price.
WATCHOUT
So, I'm telling you this so you wont get charge bogus prices.

UPS took over Adirondack Mail and Shipping business but only USPS is forwarded. I had to pay $19 to redirect my Fedex package from Cornelia St.

Worst experience ever, train your staff to be friendly and respectful to people. A small portion of tape doesn’t cost $1 most of the mailings service companies have a tape available for everyone to use for free. Some even will print the label free to provide better customer support and service. Instead of spending money on advertising through google ads spend on making customer retention strategy.
I don’t need to mail you how to behave good with customers.
I can bet you don’t have a customer retention at all

They are bad and charge just to return Amazon packages even it says zero charge. I would prefer other store instead of visiting them

On the afternoon of May 17th I stopped in to this store to have my Dad's service flag shipped to my home in NC. The importance of this shipment was understood due to the young fella having his dads flag at his home. The young man said estimated arrival was late Thursday afternoon (5/22/25). I was sweating bullets hoping it would arrive safely... Well here I am, writing this at 10 AM on 5/22/25 because I received it a day early and it was in pristine condition. Thank you from the recesses of my heart on behalf of myself and my family!! It is now on display proudly in our living room on our shelf.

I dropped off a package 19 days ago that was to be delivered the next day. The package showed up at my house by USPS over . I returned to the UPS store and was told I would have to pay to ship. I checked the tracking number and UPS was waiting to receive the package. I would think the UPS store could have reprinted the label Now I am talking to UPS directly

Better to drop off your return somewhere else this place even charge for using a little tape on packaging. Be careful!

Would like to understand why i place an order for a trampoline last year you find my house easily this year i order a pair of Louis V and all of a sudden you just can't find my home and for whatever reason I can't pick my stuff up at the facility instead you didn't even come down my road you guys stopped at the mailboxes and turned around didn't even bother going to my house I have cameras so I was given 0 opportunities to sign for my package today

Signage left on the door clearly stated they were open until 6pm instead of 6:30 so they could go to their holiday party. Here I am at 3:45 and they are closed. Looks like the party started early. Seems their party is more important than their customers.

I had returned a package to the store this past Monday. The package came back to me the next day. I went back into the store today all confused about seeing the package back at my house again. Those ladies were so helpful! They explained to me that with any returning package you just pull all the old labling off before coming into the store. They usually cover up the new labling but sometimes that step is skipped if they are super busy or new staff in training (completely understandable). I just want to give a shout out to them because they were so busy but took time to explain these helpful steps. And they were so kind about my daughter who was running around the store like it was a playground lol.
