Ups driver was parked across from my house yesterday Aug 12th 2025.i had an order due but he didn't leave it.Says it was out for delivery at 10:11 am and delivered to plattsburgh at 7:57 wth people .

Driver just delivered opened packages and we asked if he could take a picture of it to cover ourselves. He refused to and said he was to busy!!! Nice job driver!!!

Awful for the last 4-5 months we have had 5 packages go missing saying they had been delivered or they “met” customer and never did. Packages being left at the road instead being brought to front door. Wish fedex delivered for everything because not once have we had an issue with them!

UPS Driver backed into my water well today at about 1255 EST. I saw the truck pull in and try to turn around in my driveway. There is not nearly enough room for a car or truck, let alone a delivery truck! I couldn't get out there quick enough to see what the driver was doing. I have been trying to find a number to call and this post/rating is my last resort. Please send me a number I can call about this. My well cap is broken and I am trying to assess the well itself (casein, electrical wires, well pipe). Send me a number to talk to a person about this.

Driving 10 to 15 miles under the speed limit for 100+ miles on a one lane highway does not make you a safe driver. Wake the hell up you are creating a road block with your semi truck. Someone is going to pay a heavy price for your company's delusional outlook on safety.

Ryan was very responsive and contacted a driver to pick up a package requested 5:30p! Driver arrived within 30 minutes. It was the most unbelievably amazing shipping service I have ever experienced. Really helped me out greatly! So nice to engage with someone who cares ?

I have to be honest; the delivery drivers have been leaving packages in the downstairs lobby of our apartment building and while it is understandable because of the busy season, today was the last tolerable incident for me.I spent a LOT of money to get something delivered RED (next day). The driver did not even attempt get the required signature for this parcel and said an attempt was made but unable to contact me. All the while I hadtaken the day off so I could be here for this time sensitive deliveries required signature. I had to go to the Banker Rd. address and speak to asupervisor to track down driver location and then proceed to that driver's location. Hats off to "Richard" the supervisor I dealt with. Top guy to deal with and a definite asset for UPS. I had to ask the driver how he would of felt if the shoe was on the other foot, paying outrageous sums to get something overnight and then the laziness of a driver not wanting to take an elevator up to my location for required signature. Instead stating no one was home on the tracking software. I have not the words.....

Left my brand new Mac book pro on the front porch in the snow without notifying of delivery. It is ruined and must be returned for replacement. Absolutely unprofessional and 0 care for package or attention to detail.

UPS as a whole is terrible. I want to be able pick up a package at this place because it needs a signature and I won't be home. UPS wants to charge me for not delivering it, the company not this location. What a joke. I guess its time to shop more locally instead of dealing with UPS

I have an address that when scanned it comes up as a totally different town and zip code. So it's being delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS! How do I rectify this so it STOPS happening???? Very frustrating and someone else is getting alot of FREE stuff!!!!
