Cop’s customer service is fabulous! They are responsible, informed and helpful. So why the crummy rating? 4 out of 4 recent shipment arrived damaged using due to forklift abuse. Forks through the boxes and the the pallet. Forks breaking straps etc. stocking boxes marked do not double stack. Etc
