Sue is a whiz! I was able to explain what I needed, and Sue was on it in about two minutes . I needed a ton of printouts from a closed business account and she had them ready for me before I could even drive to the bank! CHASE has multiple branches which are convenient for me, but this will be my new favorite.

My partner and I went into Chase attempting to open a joint account! We unfortunately didn't make an appointment, but the entire team at this branch was so helpful. Lisa, our teller, did everything in her effort to accommodate us and find appointments available in other branches! She personally called multiple branches around locally to try to fit us in that day.
Even the teller next to us was kind enough to mention a few steps we could take.
No one was available that same day and after REALLY struggling to find a time that works for our schedule, and about to change our work schedules around to be able to make an appointment....THEN CAME MICHAEL! the Branch Manager literally saved the day! He was very kind enough to finish our requests in a timely manner and was so pleasant for us to work with! I will definitely be coming into this branch whenever I need to go in! 10/10!!

I do not recommend opening an account with chase - I linked my direct deposit thinking I was going to receive my chase debit card by the time payday came along because they said it may take up to 7 days to get what they fail to say is that it takes up to 7-10 days to get not that it may take up to 7 days - couldn’t access my money when I needed and ended getting a late fee for my rent - tried adding my card to Apple wallet - you have to literally go to a branch to do that you can’t just add it yourself - terrible customer service - do not recommend opening up an account with them - just go to HVCU

This is a terrible branch. $1000 was stolen from my Chase account through a fraudulent transfer, forcing us to close our accounts, open an account with a new bank, and change all of our bill pay and direct deposits. Chase told us that they suspected someone accessed our online account. After a week and a half of dealing with this, interrupting our holidays, we receive a call from the branch manager of this Pleasant Valley Chase branch, advising us that, actually, their branch had accidentally debited the money from our account because my wife’s name is similar to another one of their customers. He refused to help us with reauthorizing our online access or updating our accounts. He also refused to do anything to compensate us for the hours and hours of time wasted dealing with this. This branch is simply negligent, incompetent, and rude. I have been a Chase customer my entire life, and I am absolutely done with this bank after my terrible experience caused by this branch.
