It was busy for the pleasant valley parade and these young adults kept the line going, their people skills, and getting the job done was on point. A kid spilled hot chocolate, mom let them know and left, the guy nicely thanked her and kept his cool and cleaned it and back behind the counter. Phenomenal crew. 12/2/23

I placed an order for delivery and the delivery driver was the only positive part. The drinks were incorrect from what ordered. I wanted two large hot decaf lattes made with oatmilk and didn't receive them. Because I spent an absurd amount of money on it I drank it anyway and both were watered down. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering here again.

Awful. We paid via kiosk for munchkins they didn't actually have. They subbed a doughnut we didn't want and you don't get to choose your flavors or pay cash. Time to close...

I have ordered from this place a few times and I only do it out of convenience because it is close by, and every time they have messed up my drinks and food multiple times. First the bacon would be extremely burnt to the point where it didn’t taste sweet anymore and just charcoal. Also when I ordered my hot chocolate, it tasted like straight up water it was like they didn’t even mix it.

A hole in the wall location, But wow. Friendly staff found !!! Fast service. The guy making the sandwich items is spot on. Wish all the locations were like that.

The drinks get an A+++++, the food was awesome for appetizers I had the stuff avocado with Shrimp is was light and refreshing I had a beautiful steak with rice and beans and a refreshing salad. The staff goes above and beyond.
