Hans and his crew did a wonderful job for us in replacing our outdoor a/c unit and coil ! They arrived within a week after ordering the units and completed the job in 5 hrs! They were tidy and removed all debris from our old unit! We couldn’t be happier. On top of their excellence they are very reasonable! Highly recommend G& G !! Thank you!!!Service: Installation

We were having a few issues with the cooling in our house...I tried calling a couple of HVAC service companies in the area - most were a few weeks out but did manage to book an appointment with one for a few days later. Although on time, the technician clearly was super young and didn't seem entirely sure what the problem was. I'd unfortunately "need a follow up appointment to run some further tests..." Nope!Ended up with a solid recommendation to call Hans from G&G and he was fantastic - told me he was at a job but would stop by quickly on his way home to have an initial look. Not only did he stop by that afternoon to try and diagnose the issue (which he did!), he came back the following day for the repair and even stopped in the day after that to check in on the fix and make sure everything was working as expected - which it was.Best part - easy communication throughout! Honest, family run business - definitely adding G&G to the list of super handy companies I'll be calling in the future - thanks!Services: HVAC system repair

Our AC started acting up on Tuesday, so we called to see if they could come for a repair and were told it would be Friday before anyone could come. Understandable, but as the heat got intense it wasn't possible for us to wait that long as we have a small child who was miserable... so we found someone else to come in the meantime. No one ever called to confirm that they were still coming on Friday, or what time...I guess they assumed we'd just be home?? This morning (Friday) Hans and son randomly appeared at our door and my husband told them sorry, we've had it repaired already. Hans replied "lose my number" and stomped off. None of this is good for business guys, don't treat your customers this way.And based on the reply I received, you still don't think there's a problem with that behavior. My husband actually would have offered to pay you something for your time since we made the error in not calling, but you wouldn't even let him say that before acting this way. Keep up the good work

Hans Sr and Hand Jr are the best. Our house has 2 AC units and 3 Heating zones. We have had them replace our pipes to our boiler and replace one of the AC systems. They are extremely knowledgeable and were recommended by my neighbor who's has known them for over 30 years.
