“I purchased a mom of the groom gown last minute for my son’s wedding and I wanted to alter it to a mermaid fit …tons of beading and tuul was not a problem ..the seamstress was amazing!!!!! I even panicked that the top of the gown showed too much of my chest and she was able to create more coverage from the hem pieces she cut …when my gown was finished you could not tell that the added coverage didn’t come on the dress!!! The kindness and patience shown to me was above and beyond ..not to mention the cost was very reasonable ! Both of my daughters had their bridesmaid dresses altered there as well and my daughter just dropped off her bridal shower dress!! If you need alterations done don’t hesitate to call this place!!”
“The folks at Eco Green are FANTASTIC. I brought in two expensive designer wedding gowns (both silk) which had been purchased as samples for my wedding and my sister's wedding. Not only did Eco Green charge me FAR less than any of the fancy New York cleaners, but the service was top-notch.
One of the dresses had had dirt and oil marks that had been on the fabric over a year. While I was warned that the stains might be hard to remove after so much time setting (my own fault). They completely outdid themselves and I cannot see any of the stains!
Finally - neither dress had that 'dry cleaned' smell of chemicals. I wanted a clean, green, treatment for the delicate silk, and this company delivered.
