Brought car in for service and had them plug a slow leak in a tire. Son drove car to school that day and the tire blew out completely. Sent them a msg to let them know. They confirmed it was the same tire even though they had rotated the tires (on invoice). Mechanic admits he did not actually rotate the tires. Points for their honesty. So I was charged for a plug that did not hold. Well how far did he drive? they asked. It was 3 hours. Was there an expiration on the plug? I asked. They recommended I buy tires at the closest Subaru dealer so if it happens again I can get roadside assistance. Very helpful. Thanks!

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Worked with Paul, he was awesome. Good communication, efficient with all the nuts and bolts, wasn't pushy and overly aggressive like so many other car dealers I've dealt with. Extremely happy with my experience!

3 days after the regular service, my car start smoking during the drive. and i manged to drive back (slow and light flashing) to the dealership, but there was no service on that day (only sales man and sales manager, i had a brief talk with them, they all know what happening, and they did nothing but asked me to go somewhere else for fix). finally i went to another dealership and fixed it.basically the issue is that oil leaks from the filter (and high temperature caused the smoke), and another dealership changed the filter for free (i called the salesman and shared the pictures with him and they said you just come and we will take care of your car).it is a huge difference for the service for these 2 dealerships.bad car service and customer service, i will never ever go this dealership any more for any reason.

Special thanks to Rosemarie in service. I dropped off my daughter's Crosstrek without an appointment, with what I thought was a bad battery.She and her staff took the time to diagnose the vehicle correctly . It was not the battery. They made the correct repair and the vehicle was ready within a very reasonable time !
