Usually good but today I stood another counter for a long time while employees chatted with each other not taking my order. I was at the front of the line and a long line behind me. Eventually I just left and they didn't even notice.

I have gone this Starbucks on multiple occasions and on every occasion I am beyond disappointed by the quality of customer service I am given. The wait for a drink is at least 10-15 minutes and the music is so loud.

Great store amazingHarry Edgar Palacio (He/Him) nephew of a Dominican diplomat, Harry is a Dominican-Colombian author of Cuban, West African, and Turkish descent; who has lived in the Dominican Republic and Nepal. He published fine artist; whose shown fine art at several solo gallery exhibits in New York; including SVA (School of Visual Arts), philanthropist, activist, and musician (Oregon Kool-aid) Can be found on iTunes, Bandcamp, and all platforms. Performed with Grammy winning artists and Grammy nominated artists, Ari Up (The Slits), La Gran Mawon (one of the biggest afro-rock fusion bands in Dominican Republic), Deepak KC one of the most famous Nepali rock artists in the country; and Harry’s Guruji among Sri Dharma Mittra. Second generation Guruji Osho lineage. He was a semi-finalist for Quartz Literary Fiction and Poetry, grand prix winner at St. George School literary contest, and has been accepted to be published in Punt Volat, Tule Review, Landlocked Magazine, Taint Taint Taint magazine, Allegory Ridge, Mortal Mag, Untenured, Bellevue Literary Review and elsewhere. His chapbook and debut book were both released by (Finishing Line Press) Ambrosia (2019) and Sutras of Tiny Jazz (2021). He obtained a Master’s in Education from Manhattanville College. A The New School alumnus (with scholarship), and Parsons School of design alumnus (with scholarship). He has been approved to be an ordained pandit, bhikkhu, rabbi, imam, yogic guru; and is a certified life coach and guide, certified vaidya, certified meditation teacher, certified mindfulness coach, reiki master, with an applied arts certificate, and computer arts certificate. Harry worked as an assistant director at Manhattanville College Connie Hogarth Center (social Justice), an international yoga teacher, as an art teacher in the Dominican Republic, musician for September Fest, Peekskill Pride community coordinator (although he is a straight cis male). He is a BIPOC music journalist living with schizoaffective disorder.
