Don’t believe a word he says. Can not be trusted.Phil held my external hardrive hostage for 4 months.finally after so much back and forth I was fed up, went in there with my iPhone recording him saying he sent it to a lab. I have video of him pretending to dial a lab, pretending to speak to someone on the other end. I called the lab and they had no clue who he was and didn’t recognize the fake order number he gave me. Why he did this is beyond my comprehension. For months I said if he couldn’t fix it to just give it back to me. He would have his employees say he was on a call anytime I called to check on the drive. All I could think was maybe he broke it worse than it already was and didn’t want to take responsibility. I did end up sending it to a lab myself and they said the data wasn’t able to be retrieved. My hardrive sat in his store for 4 months. When I sent it to a lab it took only 4 days for me to ship it, have them check it and then ship it back. I’ve lost my family photos and videos. Maybe if he would’ve just said he couldn’t fix it, gave it back and I had gone somewhere else, they could’ve fixed it but his ego wouldn’t let him be honest. I hope anyone who ever consider using his services reads this before entering his web of lies.

Don't go here. They charge waaaaaayyyyy too much. They charged me 80 just for leaving my laptop there. After that, all they did was whipe my computer and they wanted to charge me 85 more, just for that, which I could've done myself. And then on top of that, they installed Windows wrong on it.

I have been using Tech Connect for >10 years for all of our computer issues. Phil is always patient and able to unravel our technologic problems. He and the team have recovered precious photos for us on multiple occasions as well as restoring multiple laptops to "like new" condition saving us thousands of dollars. Everyone here is great, friendly and awesome to work with. They helped fixed my laptop along with other tech problems. They're very communicative and will let you know the status of your laptop and will update you constantly. Great and excellent service and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Took my computer here to get looked at, thought I'd be called with what work needs to be done to see if i could fix it myself since i built the computer. Instead I was called the next day saying the work is already done that hadn't been agreed to & that I owe $185, we ended up agreeing on $140, but still definitely do not recommend.

Don't trust this guy. I brought my Hard Drive in to get the data recovered. He told me give him $100 and he'll get it done. I didn't hear from him for a few weeks.. I showed up to the store and his assistants were there but.. my hard drive was in pieces and they told me he couldn't recover the data. They got him on the phone and I said "okay, how do we go about getting a refund". He said, call me tomorrow and I'll send it over. I've been trying to call him multiple times and he's ghosting me. I've left 3 voicemails and he isn't calling back. A real shady exchange. Would not recommend at all. I'll consider deleting this if he does the right thing and refunds my money. I would've never agreed to giving you $100 if I knew it wasn't a sure thing.. you've got to communicate better.

Been here twice for work laptop issues. Phil got me up and running quickly. Also was able to secure an extended life battery even though Lenovo no longer makes my model laptop. Super nice folks too.Thanks guys!

I've been taking my PC's here for over a decade by my recollection. I've found them to be honorable, dedicated, and competent. I tend to keep my hardware longer than most I suspect. Phil and his team have allowed me to do so. My work requires reliable and secure computer tools.
