This is a very kind and casual vet. Really lovely people front to back. The only downside is how busy they stay. This is at least partly because they always give you the time and attention that you and your pet need when they're with you. But they do a great job of managing the chaos and getting to everyone eventually. They so clearly love your pets too.

Dr Williman is one amazing vet! She is the epitome of excellence in veterinary care. I am forever grateful for the life-saving intervention provided to my Banksy. The staff in her clinic display professionalism and empathy . I cannot recommend Dr. Williman and the entire team at this veterinary clinic enough.

I cannot praise Dr. Reine and her team enough. She is the best vet I have ever had in the four cities I've lived in with my current cat(s). They were so kind and supportive in my 16 year old kitty's last couple of months, but also realistic and fair. Is the practice small and crowded? Yes. But I wouldn't dream of taking my babies anywhere else.

Super. Experience vet that is so caring & thinks outside the box for diagnosis. Treats animals with CARE. PATIENCE & WHERECARE ARE AT & HOW YOU want to manage.

This place is absolutely awful. The customer service is terrible.Every visit takes over an hour and a half for the vet to finally come in. And then they are constantly getting interrupted by other staff members. They clearly over book every day. Would not recommend. I’m going to spend my money and time else where

This is by far the bet veterinarian I've ever been in my 5 decades if having dogs she really cares and goes above and beyond if I moved hours away I would travel for Ren to care for my pouches

Not impressed. One of our birds busted a blood feather and was bleeding pretty good. The receptions confirmed that they had an Avianary vet on duty. I had called at around 4:30 for an emergency visit and was told they close at 5:30 and they were all booked up. I had no choice but to go to the AvianVet in Bedford. I was hoping the use this vet due to a bad experience with Bedford but at least they took us.

Our family has gone to Dr. Willimann for years with our last beloved rescue dog and now again with our newly adopted rescue. We have always found her to be kind and compassionate, but also practical. She has an old-school doctor vibe making decisions based on the whole picture, your family circumstances, and what is logical. She even makes home visits. We have also found her staff to be very warm and helpful. You may wait a bit longer during your appointments, but the reason is because they often accommodate animals having an emergency - we've been in that position before and are incredibly grateful to have been able to bring our dog to her within minutes of calling instead of an impersonal and expensive emergency vet clinic. We looking forward to being clients of Dr. Willmann for many more years!

The caring and professional staff makes all the difference with a hyper, neurotic cavapoo like my Lucy. Every moment reflects a calming and dedicated focus on the needs of my pet.

Have been a regular here for a few years since moving to CT and generally no issues besides the fact that it is impossible to get appointments especially when your dog is ill and needs to be seen without having to schedule months in advanced. Tried to get my dog in to be seen for an ear infection that she developed over a holiday weekend, so they had been closed. I am positive that it's an ear infection, she has has them before (common for her breed) and has been seen for it at Mt. Pleasant. She would just need a quick exam and some drops. I was told they had no availability for a few days. While the receptionist was very kind and tried to see if she could squeeze her in, I asked if they had any recommendations for me to get her seen elsewhere or if there was anything I could do, so that my poor dog wasn't suffering any longer and they had nothing to offer for help. This is not the first time my dog was sick and I called to try to get her seen and they had nothing available. I would say they are fine if you need things that can be scheduled months in advanced (besides the long wait times and expensive bill for a wellness exam), but if your pet develops any illness that is out of your control, good luck getting seen. I will be looking for a vet office that is more reliable as my dog is getting older.

Dr Ren has been treating my cats for about a decade or more. She is the salt of the earth. You will not find someone who's more compassionate about animals. At one point one of my cats had a severe thyroid issue she figured this out and basically saved my cat from dying. I highly recommend her and everyone who works for her but they are wonderful.
