I ordered my product at the Expo for the NYC Marathon. The company made me aware it could take up to 12 weeks for delivery. The product arrived yesterday (10 weeks) and I love it! I strongly recommend Fond Memories.

This company was hired as the official NYC marathon medal engraver and they misspelled my name on my medal. Absolutely heartbreaking as I had really wanted to commemorate my first marathon in a special way. Don't trust Fond Graphics to spell anything correctly unless your name is a very simple English name, because their employees are careless and do not check their work. They also didn't apologize or offer a refund. Awful experience.

The worse quality ever seen from NYC marathon medal frames. Since they have the monopoly, guess they can get away with this. I would rather take the medal and get it else where at 1/4th of the price. Cheaply made.

Can't believe they are in the business with the quality of the products they sell. Just received one and it's just a piece of sh!t. Have done multiple events and have several momentos from different vendors, never saw one that's this bad. I would not spend 1/4th of the price of what they charged me ($165 to be precise). You can go to Michaels and get one for $30 with better quality..

Great experience all around!! My son ran his 1st marathon in Philadelphia. We met Rod over at the Expo the day before the event. He had some great shadow box examples of what we would be receiving. He explained the process in detail and the pricing was reasonable. They have a great option for adding your own "photo finish" to the box. Jennifer, the VP of Manufacturing, was also very helpful keeping me up to date on delivery progress via email. I'd highly recommend using them to capture your "Fond Memories".

I paid over 100 for a framed copy of my daughters diploma on 5/27/2019. It’s now almost one year later and I have still not received the diploma.

I just received my shadow box from the NYC marathon. I love it! Everything they provided (medal, bib, etc.) was neatly centered and looks great. They cut the backing so my picture was easy to place in the frame. My husband ordered one from them 10 years ago when he ran the NYC marathon, and his looks well put together too. We appreciate the consistency in quality over the years.

Wouldn't recommend their services. I had been in contact with someone over email since DECEMBER 2018. I sent them a picture of my diploma and they said 10-12 weeks for production and delivery (if you call this place, the automated message gives you a different estimate). I also called and verified my information and finished paying my outstanding balance. 4 MONTHS after all of this, I still don't have my diploma, no call, no email, NOTHING. I called them today (4.24) to find out what had happened (and also email the same thread I had been using since December 2018) and the "manager" was not super supportive. She blamed me for not updating my address or adding a phone number, which in fact I did when I called to pay my remaining balance. Of course is her word against mine, but it's irrational for me to call and pay and NOT update my address (since I had moved to a different place at the time of the call). She claimed they sent me an email to my grad school email (which I don't use since I graduated - the whole point of them having my freaking diploma), so when I tell her that I had been in contact with someone through a different email, my personal email, she continued to blame me for not changing my address. That was not the point I was trying to make. Fond Memories does not care about the customer because if you did, you would've found a way to contact me and tell me that my "package was returned March 6." So you mean to tell me you had an entire month to contact me about this and instead Fond Memories kept my diploma AND MY MONEY. And yes, it should be re-shipped AT YOUR EXPENSE because YOU neglected to do your due diligence and contact your customer. Terrible experience and never recommending because of the lack of communication and for blaming the customer.

Customer Service was great. The first shipment of my product was damage and they accommodated me in a polite and speedy manner.

Is there such a thing as a quarter of a star? If there were, I'd still give them none. I won't even get into the details (too long) but just this: they take way too long for finished custom products. Their sales rep promises the moon stars and sun. All I got in return was delays and explanations of why it takes so long to mount a diploma (8-10 weeks for glue to dry...REALLY?) I requested and received a full refund.
