I had ordered a Bib Frame from my Ironman World Championship in Kona 2024 — something that represents 15 years of hard work and dedication. Unfortunately, the original shipment was lost in transit @ UPS.
Even though this situation was not their fault at all and UPS didn't help in any way, Fond Memories Graphics stepped in and handled everything with incredible care.
They reproduced the frame and sent it again — and this time it arrived safely.
