Today, Tuesday, July 2, I went to the Wells Fargo bank that is located in Tills NY and the manager Patricia Parejo treated me in the worst way, very unprofessional and racist, I never thought that someone with such a bad attitude works in this bank. It was very disappointing and to think that they They are employees who are working for us I hope I don't visit this bank until she is there before there was a Cuban manager who was the best and then for writing me a certified check they charged me $10.00 it's crazy I think I'll change banks

Very bad customer service. i waited several times 20 minutes on line to get service and there were more people behind me. yet only one person is behind the counter. if you come to the car pull you get faster service, and that is ridiculous
