I've been looking all over for a new shoe that is comfortable and stylish. Good thing I found Shoe - Inn! Both young ladies in there were truly amazing . I ended up leaving with two pairs of shoes. A flat and a heel sandal. I will definitely be shopping here again . They made my experience great .

Stopped into the store today as I pass it frequently and never popped in. I was unexpectedly surprised at the collection of shoes. I was approached by Danielle who was the kindest saleswoman I think I’ve ever encountered. Wasn’t looking for anything in particular but she took the time showing me some fall boots and sneakers. She was very helpful and knew tons about every shoe I picked out. Also very honest with me. Had to pick up my kids so I didn’t have much time but I will definitely be going back and grabbing the white sneakers we picked out together.

Christina is absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of UGGs. I was unsure about the size, but Christina guided me and made sure I got the right fit. Her knowledge and customer service skills are top-notch. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a great shopping experience!??️ and FWI the TAZZ are sold out everywhere even in their website so you better go as you can I didn’t want to bring this up but a situation occurred while Christina was checking me out with someone else who working in the shopping plaza, and by no means was Christina rude or upset. To be honest the way Christina kept her composure was amazing. I stood at the cash register and over heard the entire incident. I’m only speaking on this because she asked Christina for her bosses number and she said she couldn’t give it to her, but she did write the customer service number down and handed it to the lady . As the lady was walking out she was on the phone explaining to someone what had just occurred, and was telling the person on the other line how she’s been in the shopping plaza for 10 years and she can have her job. Christina doesn’t deserve to be penalized for that lady’s behavior. I enjoy my time working with Christina again she was very helpful.

During the Christmas season the Shoe Inn continues to have a 7 day return policy. This is unreasonable for anyone who is purchasing gifts. The store says that the owners want to do away with returns all together. Their prices are high and the service is poor. This store and this company certainly does not care about the customer. I went to DSW and got the same boots for almost 50% off. Avoid this store at all cost. If I could give it a zero stars I would.

Great place. They have a nice selection of shoes and the latest styles. They definitely do have sales and have purchased quite a few shoes on sale. I've had a pair of shoes that broke shortly after purchase and they gladly repaired them for me free of charge. The ladies offer to search other stores if they don't have my size in stock. It's a pleasure to shop for shoes like years ago in a nice, welcoming environment with great customer service. If your looking for a cheap pair of shoes that will last a year and give you blisters then don't shop here. These are quality shoes that will last several years. I don't mind paying a little extra for good shoes and supporting a local business.

First off, let me start off by saying I have never written a yelp review - but I feel compelled to do so after the insanely terrible customer service I have received from this place! I bought a pair of TKEES flip flops in the Westhampton store less than 3 weeks ago. The strap completely broke on one of them - obviously just a fluke and a flaw in that pair, because I've had a couple pairs and they wore great. I went back to the Rye Ridge store on a Sunday to exchange for a new pair. I was told by the ladies working that they were not authorized to issue an exchange and I would need to come back on Tuesday to speak with the Manager. Okay, annoying, but no big deal. I actually ended up buying another pair of shoes on that day - and I'm kicking myself for that! So, I left work early on Tuesday and schlepped my young kids to the store to try to sort out again. Zack, the store manager, quickly told me that he too, was not authorized to issue the exchange, and that he would have to send back the shoes to the corporate office to evaluate whether I am approved for an exchange or if the shoe should be repaired. Let me remind you that we are talking about $50 flip flops! Not $500 Stuart Weitzmans! I explained that I didn't want the shoe repaired, as it was obviously faulty and I would just like an exchange since they broke within 2 weeks of purchase (I bought them on Aug 8th and they broke on the 22nd). He was not at all sympathetic to the annoyance of having to make 2 trips to try to sort out a very simple issue - he couldn't have cared less and just kept using the line "I'm not authorized". He said he would make sure that 'corporate' was aware that I did not want a repair and that an exchange was preferred. I said I would need a call back by Thursday, as I was heading away for the long holiday weekend on Friday. Of course I didn't hear back and had to chase on Friday. When I reached him, Zack was aloof from the start, said he would follow up with 'corporate', refused to give me their number so I could follow up myself and said he would TRY to get back to me today. Miraculously, he did call me back to tell me that the Owner would not allow an exchange and has sent them to be repaired. Exactly what I asked them not to do. He of course threw the "not authorized" line a few more times and offered no apology or understanding of my frustration. And then the kicker - said he had no record of me purchasing in Westhampton, I would need to send my credit card statement to his email and then HUNG UP on me before giving me the email address! So, now I have no filp flops and I am out of pocket. I'm disgusted. In the age of Amazon, it's hard to not to feel sorry for the smaller, family run businesses that are suffering because of the competition from online retailers. But, this is a perfect example of why people are no longer shopping the high street! Shoe Inn has done everything wrong in terms of customer service - and if their business model really is to not empower and support their store managers to make logical decisions when it comes to standard retail issues, well, shame on them. Low and behold, I've just ordered my new pair of TKEES on Amazon Prime and have issued a dispute through my credit card. What an enormous waste of time and energy!!!

Very overpriced shoe place; a lot of their styles you can find for much less at other stores; they cater only to a population that does not mind paying 400 for a pair of summer wedges. They NEVER have sales; I just wish the would be replaced by a nicer more affordable shoe store already! uggg
