I have been doing the RITE Method for over 13 years. I've tried other classes when I could not be at this class, and I always come back to the RITE. It is genuinely the best non-impact method and simply the best workout.

Took a class here while traveling for work. Instructor was super helpful and welcoming as it was my first time in the studio. It was a great workout!

I have been attending Jill's classes for over a year now. There are several teachers, and one is better than the next. It is a great workout. Something different than the running that I normally do. My body feels stronger and healthier since making The Rite Method a part of my exercise regimen.
