“The Port Crane Post Office is 10 miles further drive than the Greene Post Office for me... It is worth the drive, the Postal employees at Port Crane are professional and courteous. It is a no hassle pleasure to go there... Greene? The senior employee, a woman is rude, aggressive, and creates tension with the customers.. Going in there feels like the bad kid sent to the Principals Office.. It is a horrible experience.. Beware the Greene Post Office, rudeness, and aggression awaits.. I had not gone there for several years, but I was running late, so I tried... I told the polite fellow at the counter, I checked the status of a Money Order.. The senior clerk came charging out of the back room, screaming Thats Impossible! I was so alarmed and rattled, I ran from the Post Office. After regaining my composure in the car, I returned to show her, the Postal website with the Money Order checking page.... I will never return to Greene Post Office, I am a senior citizen, and felt bullied by the aggressive clerk.. It is both unpleasant and scary... Port Crane is the best, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.. Thank You Port Crane... God Bless..”

“My wife and I were in the area and we decided to try the USPS in Chenango Bridge as opposed to the facility in Whitney Point. Jessica, Clerk #3 is absolutely amazing! She immediately greeted us with a big and warm smile upon entering the facility. She was pleasant, friendly and happy to help! I asked her if she had any plastic and padded Priority Mail envelopes available. Jessica smiled, replied, "Yes" and quickly retrieved an envelope for me. She was processing some reports in the rear and indicated for us to ring the service bell when we were ready. Jessica quickly processed our package and asked if we could complete a feedback survey about our experience. I informed her that I am a huge Google Reviewer and that I would do so. This facility is clean, well stocked and maintained. We will definitely be returning here to handle USPS matters!”

“One in to get a postal money. Order didn't know if they still had them but was super happy to find out they did. It's a little bit easier than having to stand in line forever to get a regular money order at Walmart or shop or etc. Going to post offices close by raider on the corner, technically and? Calendar brings bikes and childhood memories also found out that there is a scam going around that. If you give them $80, it will help you get in to the Post Office. Company, you know anyway, that's a scam, so don't pay the money. Because it's all like all you have to do is actually go to the website. Take some test and vehicle and you're hired. And you have a new future ahead of you. What's the retirement plan benefits of the wasa? So anyway, thank you so much to leave the counter for understanding. My super tiredness, worky. Third shift is quite hard so anyway. She understood and it was very friendly and nice. The employees are great. The place was clean respectful and always a pleasure to go there. Thank you so much. “I visit this PO from Vestal which is about 10 minutes ride but service is slow but meticulous and good. Lady stays open to rake of late arriving persons entering just before five pm. Monday is really busy day. They have necessary forms and envelopes. Lady person retired I just found out . I wish her a Good retirement after giving thirty years of service to local community.. if she reads this !!”
