The Port Crane Post Office is 10 miles further drive than the Greene Post Office for me... It is worth the drive, the Postal employees at Port Crane are professional and courteous. It is a no hassle pleasure to go there... Greene? The senior employee, a woman is rude, aggressive, and creates tension with the customers.. Going in there feels like the bad kid sent to the Principals Office.. It is a horrible experience.. Beware the Greene Post Office, rudeness, and aggression awaits.. I had not gone there for several years, but I was running late, so I tried... I told the polite fellow at the counter, I checked the status of a Money Order.. The senior clerk came charging out of the back room, screaming Thats Impossible! I was so alarmed and rattled, I ran from the Post Office. After regaining my composure in the car, I returned to show her, the Postal website with the Money Order checking page.... I will never return to Greene Post Office, I am a senior citizen, and felt bullied by the aggressive clerk.. It is both unpleasant and scary... Port Crane is the best, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.. Thank You Port Crane... God Bless..

The woman (I really need to get her name) that runs the front desk is super nice and does her job well!
Whenever I go there to pick up a package she takes one look at me, goes to back room and returns with my package! Love that she remembers who I am. ?

I love this post office! I have an eBay business and ship items all the time. Yvonne is just a peach! Highly recommend coming to this post office if you need to ship anything

If anything is shipped that’s a package don’t expect to get it actually delivered to you. Don’t waste money on delivery fees because it’ll never get delivered to you so it’s a waste of money. You’ll have to pick it up anyway.

I have dealt with five other POs, both rural and city, this is the friendliest, most informative one of all. The Post Master and staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Our community is lucky to have them.

Horrible place. Constantly inaccurate with mail delivery I've gotten other people's suspension notices, deeds and titles. Postmaster is rude and unprofessional will stop delivering mail and pull his phone off the hook. Call Binghamton postmaster if this happens to you.

Horrible service. They took down my mail box when a street next to mine became a city road never was compensated. Bought two other mailboxes which where hit and defaced. Constantly getting fix it requests even though my box is correct height and in 70lbs of concrete. Now not getting any mail at all.
