I recently just purchased a WRX from carriage traders. This would be my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. The sales person, Alex was incredible! He helped me with all of my questions and concerns, was super knowledgeable and super nice. He still calls to make sure everything is going good. He definitely should get a raise. I had a positive experience buying a used car from Cyrus at Carriage Traders in South Glens Falls. Cyrus our sales rep and Kevin the finance specialist were patient and courteous. They both answered our questions thoroughly without high pressure tactics. I very much appreciated the calm and friendly atmosphere of the office. Since we were there on a hot day they even welcomed our dog into the office while discussing our transaction. ( two thumbs up!). We are very much enjoying our Honda Pilot we acquired at Carriage Traders.

I just bought my 5th car from them yesterday a jeep Cherokee and I love it I love all the vehicles I have purchased from them never have had a issue with any of my vehicles I have purchased from there and they are so awesome all the sales people and the financing people. You tell them what your looking for and the price range you want and they get you what you want in a day or two they get it done. Mine was done in a day and they don’t do anything with letting you no what’s going on every step of the way. I have bought a lot of cars in my life time from many places and hands down Carriage Traders is the best one in my opinion. I could go on and on about them. Just go buy a vehicle from them you won’t be disappointed. A special shout out to the sales person who was awesome Ranita and the Man who over sees it all Jared who always gets it done for me. Thank you again all of you I appreciate everything you do to get me what I love!! Your the best!!

My wife and I had to quickly find a suitable truck for a new business venture and we contacted Carriage Traders. They normally have an extensive selection and for all capabilities. We also wanted certain features that were not easily found and especially in the current market. Their sales associate Cyrus enthusiastically took on the challenge and he went out of his way to locate several suitable options. He was responsive, patient and focused on taking care of us and we never felt pressured. Cyrus located a truck within their network and Jared the sales manager found a way to bring it to us after making a deposit which was highly appreciated. Carriage Traders is service oriented as I could tell by the way we were treated by both Cyrus and Jared. We will continue to purchase our cars from this locally owned families business.

I just had a tremendous car buying experience at Carriage Traders!!! From start to finish the entire process was very pleasant. Jim and Kevin were very helpful and Jim went out of his way to make everything very easy. And they are just two of the awesome folks working in the South Glens Falls location. We had the best experience. Ranita was amazing to work with. I had my 2 year old daughter with me the whole process. The whole dealership was very accommodating. After we officially bought our vehicle she even left goodies in our new truck for my daughter and I. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle from honest people. I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.
