It's great if you enjoy not finding what you need, then finding the empty hole where it's supposed to be. Also waiting to cash out when 4 people are standing around and one's on the phone. Good times!

While this has been my favorite place for years today Charlie really came to my rescue. They always greet every customer and when Charlie asked how I was I said I was cranky because we were supposed to have all we needed to hook up water/ice on new fridge but after getting soaked and the connector was wrong off to Ace I went! Charlie smiled and said let’s take a look and found what I needed! He saved the day!

Stopped here out of convenience to have a key made. Went back three times because they could not get it right. Finally the "Manager" says he will give me a refund. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience. I'll stick to the real hardware store, Home Depot.

They had almost everything I needed. Whenever they didn't have they called another Ace hardware close by that had it and I picked them up over there.. problem solved..
