my experience started with Jose, but was completed by Christian Vitale, who is a district manager Then we were handed off to Zane. Everyone was in a hurry to pass us off to someone else and No one took the time to go through our new account and make sure that everything was correct. somehow, without my permission or knowledge a magical line and phone were added to my account with several fees and things that were unnecessary. It took me three hours on the phone to rectify my bill and the situation!

This is Not a False Accusation I do have Proof of wrongdoing: Beware of this AT&T Franchise store, fraudulent transactions by unknown representative, unbeknownst to account holder, account owner Not physically Present with no verbal and/or written consent and/or confirmation by the primary and only 1 account holder, where an extra line was fraudulently added under an unknown IPhone 15 Pro Max A2849 with an unknown ESIM card definitely Not own and definitely not approved with no consent verbally and written consent by account owner not being physically present, this business practice and bad business decisions conducted not only violates AT&T policies and Procedures but also probably State and federal law. If anyone experience same and/or similar situations and/or outcome call ATT fraud department, file a police report, file a complaint with AT&T loyalty department. Deal with Corporate first not with the store.

The new At&t location is beautiful! It’s in the same shopping center as Home Goods. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!! They helped my with an upgrade and a new phone line, explained the prices very well and did all my data transfers from old phones to new phones! I would recommend going to this location for a worry-free experience!! Great job by them, so they get 5 Stars from me!!

I came in the Port Jefferson location for a simple upgrade about a week ago and was met with such kindness and warmth from, I believe her name is, Gigi. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and really catered to my needs as well as being very open about the policies. Will definitely be returning and telling my friends and family about her!

Lack of competence, I was sold a SIM card for an iPhone 5 after paying 33.97c and was informed that it might not work. It wasn't checked, I was only given a phone number. No service and no possibility to use the phone. I advertised with no results.!!!! wasted money!!!

Terrible store, we went to upgrade two phones which we were eligible for. Lady insteaded added two lines we went to turn in old phones and said nope we didn't upgrade I added two lines. Will never do business with them no one should

Roopa saved my life today! (And my wallet) I can't rave more about the patience and service today from Roopa. Definitely a forever customer! Thank you! My phone broke and I needed a new one - everything went smooth and he was extremely knowledgeable.
