The customer service here is awful. The coupons I clipped through the app didn’t work. When I asked why they told me my phone number isn’t attached (even though it’s worked many times before). They told me to return everything and they would ring it up again and try the number again. I wasn’t dragging everything back in from my car, since they don’t allow the carts out of the building and I had a lot of items. The cashier was nice. The manager was not. Will not be returning.

Convenient shopping for toiletries and cleaning supplies. I find the staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm surprised this store isn't more crowded than others. Maybe because there aren't many other stores in this Plaza. But it's a huge, clean, well stocked store. Worth the drive.

So yesterday I received an email from family dollar saying that I had a $5 coupon if I spend $25 or more. When I wen there, I spent $27 and I wanted to the $5 off coupon, and the cashier said “oh sorry its not going through”, I then asked why and she said “I don’t know, the system is not letting me” but I already put my number in and she said it’s still not going through and she scanned the barcode but it still didn’t work, then she called her supervisor or manager and the guy told her in Spanish “tell her that the machine hasn’t been working the whole week”, little did he know that I know Spanish myself and understood everything he said. They did not help me at all.so I will not recommend this family dollar from old town rd , very poor service

I was just in your guys store I not happy I getting ice cream and drink. I found jelly purple on my hands and the ice cream. I told the guy he laugh at me and told to talk a manger. I going to register he purposely stared at me and let me wait 15 mins. Then we’re making of me because I was complaining about the jelly stuff in freezer. It not the first this happened. Just clean your refrigerator and freezer and shelves and anything else was fine.

BEWARE. This place is not safe. Scammers & ghetto employees in this Terryville Plaza location on pJ. Cashier was vile (gaslighting) & Tiffiney who represented herself as the asst. Manager standing by the door on her phone with no tag or shirt like other employee) tried to physically attack me when they were called out about their repeated scam (overcharging me by $6.50 this time). Place isnt safe. Very shady. Many of the prices are marked lower on the shelf and when you get to the register theyre nasty & refuse to honor their own listed price! !Bait & switch & overcharging routinely. I would give 0 stars. My husband said to call the police when he had to keep standing in front of Tiffany to keep her from attacking me. Also noticed they took down the dollar store sign & just left it as Family Dollar now. Very pathetic & dangerous situation they caused.

Jen from the Patchogue store is now manager here. She is a great manager hard working very professional. At her Patchogue store she had a problem with one guy who was a customer he was way to friendly and talkative. One night it was me and Jen I used to work at the Patchogue store. Jen said I'll hit you in the face I was so proud of her I told her what you do outside is nobody's business ?? I heard she was able to settle her differences with him if so good for her. This is Alexis ?
