I needed a NYS safety check for my Tesla. Paul and his team made it happen w/o an appointment, in 10 mins, and for $10. This is unheard of (after previous experiences with official dealerships and small local shops) and I will certainly coming back. Great job, guys!

Always have a great experience with Firestone. No matter what state we are in. Gary from fPort Jeff Firestone got me in and out fairly quickly. Looking out for my best interest with car care. I always recommend them!

I was heading to my Nephews graduation when I saw my tire was flat. Pumped it up & headed up to Firestone. Cars ahead of me but they took my car in immediately, put a patch on and off I went, all within 30 min and $21. I would HIGHLY reccomend this particular Firestone.

Eddie and his staff provided excellent customer service. Eddie went above and beyond advocating for me with the warranty company to ensure my repairs were covered. The work was completed quickly and Eddie patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!!

Eddie, and his team there have always done right by me and then some I have a newer high mileage car and they never BS me. Tell me what needs to be done and what doesn't and never try to rip me off. Very trustworthy

The staff there is always professional, they do a great job explaining what work will be done and promptly call to update me on my progress. In this recent case, I left my car and could not pick it up before store closing and they were very accommodating in allowing me to pick up the following morning.

Every time I go to this Firestone in Port Jeff Station the service is generally very quick, but more importantly, everyone is super super helpful and fantastic to talk to both in-front and back of house. Making an appointment ahead of time, I usually do my oil changes and tire rotations there (which I’m in and out of the store in under an hour). Recently, I needed to get a new battery and a new tire set, so I just dropped off my car in the morning and she was back to me in a few hours ready to go. Always very happy to bring my car here
