Service was prompt and professional. Filters and the like are always good recommendations, but you really shouldn't be offering to flush brake fluid without checking the bleeders. So, with that said, they probably vacuum out the reservoir and only replace that, leaving the rest of the system still contaminated. My two cents.

Recently brought my car for oil change. Cost was $109 for a full synthetic oil change (after a $15 coupon was applied). In the past when I went to Jiffy Lube for a premium oil change they vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows. This was not done and I was the only car being serviced at the time. The level of service at this Jiffy Lube has totally diminished and I will take my car elsewhere for future oil changes.

Update #2 6/21/24: It has been over 2 weeks since a representative from the shop took my information and said he would process it to get my repair bill taken care of and its has been radio silence. Just sent a second email requesting an update but no answer yet. I will give it another week and if no progress it will be time for BBB report, and small claims court action.
Update #1: Unfortunately I wrote a good review this while I was sitting in the garage getting the service done. This review reflects what happened after driving out of the garage. After leaving the garage within 1/4 mile of driving away the brake light came on indicating a loss of brake fluid. I pulled over to see what was wrong and the crew at Jiffly Lube Port Jefferson Station had left the cap off the brake/clutch hydraulic fluid reservoir. This is a manual VW GTI. This led to failure of the clutch, clutch disc and clutch master cylinder and scorching of all the seals due to air ingestion. The repairs cost approximately $2500. New clutch kit, master cylinder, lines and seals and labor. I now have the car back from the mechanic and the bill in hand. Let's see if Jiffy Lube does the right thing.
