They are always busy, so that is usually a good sign for an automotive shop. They are knowledgeable and professional. I described my car issue with several other mechanics in the area and they were the best in troubleshooting the issue.

I have come here two times once for a bed cover for my ram and today was for a 3 and a half inch lift. I am very happy with the work they do and prices are fair. I will be returning when i need new tires.

Ordered roof rails and kayak racks through them back in March. I sent them the actual sticker on the truck AND took pictures of the actual roof. Order finally got to them in July just to find out they ordered the wrong system. So they reorder and a few weeks later…..they ordered the wrong set up again, and reorder AGAIN. I don’t hear from them and had to call at end of September for them to tell me that they would have to order a different set up from someplace else for an additional $300-$400. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

MSW is absolutely AMAZING and FAIR! My daughter hit a boulder on side of road and we had no clue what really happened to the car. Artie easily found that she needed a new radiator & thermostat, but what didn't make sense is that the car wouldn't drive over 20 mph. Artie spent two days trouble shooting to make sure that the engine wasn't bad and that we weren't wasting money replacing the radiator. Artie went over the entire car and even made calls to Chrysler to trouble shoot some more. It turned out a plug connection came loose and was causing all of the problems. Any other mechanic would have charged us for a ridiculous amount of man hours trouble shooting. Artie was beyond fair. Jennifer was a pleasure and kept us in the loop as to what was happening with the car the entire time. A HUGE THANK YOU to Artie and his team!Service: Engine repair
