This place is not worth the money for the amenities available. $25 plus tax for open play but not much to play on. They do not offer much for toddlers regardless of the toddler area.. There are more arcade games there than attractions for kids to play on. Don’t be fooled by the website. This place is disappointing.

Maybe if you book a birthday party it’s worthwhile but otherwise I would not recommend this place. It’s expensive to get in and then you also need to purchase a card to play any of the games. There are a small handful of things for a child to do without a game card and then the games range from $1.50 to $7 each, which is bananas since each game lasts about 1-2 minutes if you’re lucky. The young people working there were very sweet but it was honestly a huge waste of money.

I would have selected 0 stars but unfortunately that wasn’t an option. I was disgusted. Brought my 4 year old in for her birthday and although my daughter had a nice time I was disappointed. The place was dirty and the staff looked miserable. Me and my daughter were there for most of the day and I didn’t not see the staff get any breaks. The food was overpriced, as well as the admission and I was underwhelmed with the experience. The staff seems young and the management doesn’t seem to understand that based on the way they were spoken to. I think if the staff enjoyed the environment more it would really do a lot for the place as a whole.

Our 2yo was in heaven! We started at the toddler center which was cute and very toddler friendly. Then we explored the tall soft playground. It was a little hard for adults to navigate but he only needed one escorted round (and another friendly kid) and he was off climbing around and sliding down the slides. He even made it across the balance beam bridge which surprised me! Then he discovered the inflatable slide… I needed to climb up with him a couple of times until he figured out how to haul himself up by the middle straps and then he was up and down several happy and excited times lol. He was just ecstatic exploring and running around, trying new things.
He was so content and tired that he didn’t even fight when we got food at the food court. I think the kid at the fryer was a bit new bc our order was burnt lol. I saw another family’s order looking a bit crispy too. But it wasn’t very expensive so we didn’t mind very much and it was just a snack anyway.
All in all it was really fantastic for our kid. He’s absolutely exhausted and in bed early after a bath. What a great and affordable afternoon that was! Perfect for a rainy day.

It was dirty when we arrived around 3pm on a Sunday. The equipment/toys were either not working or worn out. Not worth it.

We went on a Saturday around 5.15 pm. We made a mistake by not checking the closing time, which was 6 pm. When we purchased the tickets, the receptionist did not bother to inform us about it either.
Due to the time limitation, only kids were able to explore the slides and the soft playground. Although the kids enjoyed themselves, they wanted to explore more areas like the rope course, but they were informed that activities would stop 10 minutes before the closing time. Furthermore, the staff started cleaning the areas before 6 pm.
Additionally, the ticket doesn’t include access to the arcade games; these must be purchased separately. Also, remember to wear socks. Otherwise, you will need to purchase from them.
There was a food court and party rooms as well. On a positive note, parents don’t need to purchase tickets and can accompany their children in the play area, even assisting them with the slides. I think this place would be ideal especially on rainy days or during winter.

Alot of games weren't working properly. Don't need a lot of time to be there but overall good. Worth it for the climbing areas

Went for open play this past Saturday
The place was clean and the staff was friendly -the kids had a blast

If the manager reviews this I would say
1- if u want to enforce adults to not walk in shoes it should be mentioned by your employees when you enter -that way your employees that have to go around and ask people to take their shoes off are listened too - No one is looking up at your sign high in the air and asking people to take shoes off after 3hours of wearing them -people aren’t going to listen
2-Mention upon entry that your kitchen is closed for cooking and only open for drinks ,snacks ,and ice cream - if people plan to spend the day they are planning to eat - not that you are only prepared for bday party food on a Saturday

If you want your child to rent a disease here this is a perfect spot. Hand sanitizer stations don’t work. The place is very dirty. Staff works hard and is super nice. Birthday parties are organized here.

Love this place but just 2 “negative” things are it’s bit expensive to be honest but what isn’t nowadays? As well as, it’s a bit bizarre that they close at 6 everyday . I’d be their best paying customer had they been open later especially since I live up the block. I can’t tell you how many other family members and friends have said the same over the years .Most people don’t get off work until 5/6. Hoping the owner sees this and can possibly reconsider their hours . :( on a more positive note , it is very clean & full of things to do for all ages including he toddler area , the games , blow up bounce houses & the actual play structure for all ages .I even find it fun to slide down the slides with my kids and crawl through the tunnels etc lol

Great for children under 10. They have arcade games, bounce-house-slides, mini ropes course with mini zip-line, and a large climbing gym. They also have a small area for the toddlers to climb around safely with your own supervision.NEW...They newly added rock climbing walls which are super fun! They also added a VR multi-player game to occupy the older siblings a bit. They added a small bowling arcade but it doesn't always work and a lazer obstacle arcade (not Lazer tag). It's clean and there's meant to be no shoes on the rugs but since they need them for the ropes and rock walls, it's not easy to enforce. No shoes on the climbing gym and slides and they do sell socks if you forget a pair but you can wear your own socks which is nice (unlike the trampoline gyms).I do not recommend eating there though I think they do have some food.Bday parties are a big thing here on weekends but the crowds are typically still manageable.
