However, Angelena at the Port Jeff Sta branch has been nothing but amazing in staying proactive and getting everything resolved as like she's my personal financial assistant. This level of service is awesome and thus I felt the need to give this branch a 4 star update...too bad I'm moving my "day 2 day" financial needs to Chase.”

“I have had several great experiences at this particular TD, so I feel compelled to share. Wanda opened our personal and business accounts. The personal accounts some months ago, and the business account just last week. I have never had a hard time with anything since I started banking with TD almost a year ago. Wanda is the assistant manager. The store manager is Victor, and he is also very helpful and friendly. I was surprised to see he remembered my name after the first time meeting him. Today I visited and was helped by a very nice young lady (didn't eat her name). Convenience and good products make TD a sensible option, but the quality people at his location ensure we'll stay loyal customers for many years to come.”

“I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and on-line banking. Since I also come here for business banking I visit the branch a bit more than I used to. This place is big and bright and a spectacular staff here are always very attentive to their customers.. Loriann, the manager is a FANTASTIC!!! Lucky for me there was Chase Bank across the street which I have an account with. Although not my branch, withdrawal from ATM was not an issue. All good.”

“Had trouble finding a place to review this shop since they go by Enhanced and not 'Lakesite' despite the location being the same. Google must have never updated? Came in here unsure of what to expect since everywhere else I visited either tried to gouge me or didn't seem interested in dealing with a 'problematic job'. This shop is top-class on Long Island. Very reasonable pricing and professional staff. Work was completed promptly and there hasn't been any problems. Would recommend to anyone needing auto work. Ask for Mike, he's good people.”

It isn't packed and you can almost always get in and out without having to wait on line. This exact reason is what makes this location a great success. Shaina, one of the Financial Services consultants in the cubicles on the right, is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to ensure that whatever you need, is executed. The switch from Citi to Chase wasn't pain-free with lots of shenanigans with account information being messed up, ATM cards not showing up, etc...you get the drift. So far, I'm a happy Chase customer thanks in part to this particular branch”
